Our breeding program is based on breeding the best to the best. We strive to achieve outstanding dogs in three major areas: physical soundness, high natural hunting ability, and an emotional soundness – a dog that likes other dogs, children, and adults. You need all three attributes to have the complete dog.
We do not have a litter every year. We breed only when we find the right combination of male and female dogs that we believe will produce exceptional gun and companion dogs. Our breeding of Chukar and Camas will take place in March 2011 with the pups born in May and ready for a home in July 2011.
Our pups are ready to hunt the first fall after they are born. We have received glowing reports from the families that bought a pup from our 2010 litter. Their pups are pointing birds, holding their points, and retrieving both upland birds and ducks. Click on new puppies to see hunting photos of the 2010 pups.
